The Slotted Square Cups Rain Chain has a distinctive "slotted" cutout design on the sides of each cup. These cups are same size and finish as the Medium Square Cups Rain Chain in Pre-Aged Copper, just with slot cutouts added. Made of pure copper, with a folded lip along the top for durability. Each cup is individually welded together by hand. The heat of the torch adds a beautiful aging effect. This chain looks a hundred years old right out of the box! Easily handles heavy rain.

To prevent damage in transit and reduce packaging volume, the upper wires are shipped separately from the cups, so some assembly is required. Each rain chain comes with a matching v-hook. The v-hook sits inside the gutter opening to hold the rain chain in place.

Installation Tip:

The connecting wires have threaded end nuts. We recommend dabbing a small amount of Loctite® Blue adhesive on each end nut to prevent them from unfastening. Available at any hardware or home improvement store. Click Here for cup assembly instructions.
