The Buddha Cups Copper Rain Chain is made up of hand hammered flower shaped cups. This beautiful large cup rain chain will to handle all rainfall conditions. Made of pure hand hammered copper. The cup wires are accented with nuts made of pure brass, and a copper ring is added in between for perfect cup spacing.
To prevent damage in transit and reduce packaging volume, the upper wires are shipped separately from the cups, so some assembly is required. Each rain chain comes with a matching v-hook. The v-hook sits inside the gutter opening to hold the rain chain in place.
Installation Tip:
The connecting wires have threaded end nuts. We recommend dabbing a small amount of Loctite® Blue adhesive on each end nut to prevent them from unfastening. Available at any hardware or home improvement store. Click Here for cup assembly instructions.
Everything was packaged well and the was no damage whatsoever. It arrived in 4 to 5 days and within an hour the first one was installed. We had a major storm a day later and it handled the deluge spectacularly. We will be adding a third to replace an older one.
