This beautiful Easy Fill Copper & Brass Bird Feeder is truly unique. You don't need to open it to add bird food! Made of hand hammered stainless steel with a beautiful copper-plated finish. The copper top and bottom are accented by brass hardware adding to its appeal. There's a top brass loop included, so you can hang it from your favorite spot in your yard. The bottom brass loop may be used to hand something decorative.

This item is hand crafted so the copper finish on each bird feeder will have unique variations. Keep in mind, it will patina over time!

Please Note: Smudges or finger marks are normal as the bird feeder is handled for packaging. They will disappear as the copper patinas over time.

Birds love it, we love it

Birds flock to the feeder, the drainage hole in the bottom keeps that reservoir from either overflowing with water or freezing a seed popsicle, and the roof makes them and the seed reservoir protected. We love it because it is handmade in America, very simple to assemble and much easier to fill than our tube type feeder, and aesthetically beautiful.

Beautiful Large Copper Feeder

Took the birds awhile to find the new feeder filled with sunflower seeds, but now they seem to love it (brindled titmouse, cardinals, chickadees, spotted towhee, etc.). Bigger birds like jays are less enthusiastic, but they have suet block alternatives. Seems very durable and it's nice that basin has small drain holes to keep water from pooling. No raiding from squirrels or other critters so far.

Solid construction, and very attractive.

This is a really nice looking garden enhancement. I got this as a way to get the birds to stop foraging for my native plant seeds in the garden and instead eat the seeds I feed them. I would suggest to anyone hanging this from a shepherd's crook style post to also get a baffle that blocks rodents. I suppose it if was hanging from a tree limb the top shield would possible prevent them from getting to the seeds. I setup my trail cam to monitor how well the feeder is working to accomplish my task. To my surprise the rats just run up the pole and then eat most of the seeds. I ordered a tube style baffle that arrives today to put a stop to it. Then I can go back to enjoying the birds knowing I'm not feeding the rats.
