Rain Chain Shipping Lead Times:

Please keep in mind that rain chain orders are taking approximately 3-5 business days to pack and ship. This is due to high order volume and the time-consuming nature of packaging these handmade products.

Select rain chains and rain chain accessories will ship same day or next day from our Colorado location. Lead times will be noted on each rain chain product.

We advise ordering your rain chain products before gutter installers are scheduled. It's always best to receive the product and make sure it fits your home ahead of scheduling contractors for installation.

We gladly accommodate special orders, large orders, custom length rain chains, and even small samples for most rain chains. Please fill out our Custom Length Rain Chain Form and we'll send you a custom invoice for your order.

International Rain Chain Orders:

For international rain chain and rain chain accessory orders please fill out our International Order Form. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate international orders for other product lines at this time.
