This is a gorgeous, unfinished basin in pure, hand-hammered copper, with a thick, rolled upper lip. Fill with pebbles or gravel and these will make an elegant accent as a catch basin for your rain chains. You can also use it as a planter or to build a fountain!

We’re using our copper basin as a beautiful water feature, and even though it’s not fully finished yet—it still needs a couple of larger stones for the birds to perch on and a touch of plant life—it already looks fantastic! The copper has such a rich, elegant appearance, and we love the way it catches the light. To give it more presence, we added a lower base to lift it off the ground and secured it with heavy-duty double-sided tape around the edge. The result is both sturdy and stylish, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s coming together.
