Large Tapered Cups in Copper

Love these rain chains. I should have done this a long time ago. I could not be happier with them.

These are such a great alternative to a gutter down spout. Love the way they look and the uniqueness it adds to our home. So relaxing to watch the water pour through them. Easy to install and well crafted.

I ordered two of these rain chains for a permaculture rain garden drainage project that included replacing downspouts with rain chains in the early summer of '22. The chains got their first chance to show me what they were capable of in a moderately heavy brief downpour, and I was thrilled to hear the lovely sound as the water channeled well where intended. Soon a heavy and prolonged rain showed me they are fully up to the task they were designed for. I've had numerous neighbors and guests comment on how beautiful they are and asked me where I bought them. Time will tell if they hold up-- so will I, by updating my review. They feel substantial and sturdy, so I am comfortable highly recommending them now.

I've looked at a lot of rain chains-- in real life and online-- searching for a copper rain chain that is simple, beautiful and truly well designed to effectively channel heavy rain well. I was hopeful when I found these, and so far I'm delighted by my purchase of two of these Large Tapered Cup rain chains. The chains are substantial: the cups look and feel solidly constructed, the hooks too are solid, everything is sturdy, and the pieces are proportioned well together. I have to wait until my contractor arrives to construct new rock garden rain chain basins with drainage outflow for me before disconnecting my downspouts and installing these, so I will update this review later to comment on the ease of installation and the water flow through the cups. No doubt though that these are beautiful, and well designed in the size of the diameter of the installation kit and cup entry and exit holes. Five stars too for their customer service answering my questions prior to ordering, quick shipment, and careful packaging.
