More Product Information:

The Extra Large Square Cups Rain Chain is the largest available. The Extra Large Square Cups have beautifully clean, straight lines. Individually crafted by hand, each side is press seamed for superior strength and durability. Available in pure copper, raw aluminum, and aluminum with Black, Bronze, or Patina powder-coat. Lengths of 20 feet and longer are not recommended due to the weight of this rain chain. We do not advise installing long drops of this chain in colder climates.

To prevent damage in transit and reduce packaging volume, the upper wires are shipped separately from the cups, so some assembly is required. Assembly takes just a few minutes with no tools. Each rain chain comes with a matching v-hook. The v-hook sits inside the gutter opening to hold the rain chain in place.

Installation Tip:

The connecting wires have threaded end nuts. We recommend dabbing a small amount of Loctite® Blue adhesive on each end nut to prevent them from unfastening. Available at any hardware or home improvement store. Click Here for cup assembly instructions.

Art in the garden

The rain chain was a last minute decision while installing new gutters and down spouts.
I could not be more pleased with the results. It is a beautiful addition to my garden and entrance to my home. Was fortunate to have a nice rain shower within a few days after installing. So cool! Sitting on the front porch during the rain just took on a whole new dimension.

Rain chain

Put together and installed easily. Rain came and they are wonderful to watch the water cascade down. Be patient after your order is in. Took awhile to receive but worth it.

These extra large rain chain cups are striking once in place

So I would have definitely given a five star rating had the processing of the order and shipment notice been better communicated. I had to reachout and inquire and findout where things stood. Customer service was though very responsive to my request. Had I not reached out to ask about where things stood it was 22 days before I got notice that the order had shipped. So please be aware, at least for what I ordered the process does take more time then you may be accustom to in online ordering. That said the product is well made and packaged extremely well for shipping. So would I order again, Yes as I love the design and quality of the actual product. Just be willing to wait at least for the moment. Perhaps its still the supply chain issue aspect of the world we live in. My order came from India, so not made in America unfortunately. And considering that it came from that far away I suppose I can now understand why it took so long. Watched it rain yesterday and the rain chains make a huge visual and auditory impact. Wish I could post a video.
