More Product Information:

Hand cast in aluminum and powder-coated in Black, the perfect shade of Bronze, or clear. The clear powder-coating gives the look of raw aluminum with the protection of a power-coating. The Rectangle Links Rain Chain is an artistic, sculptural rain chain design. The links have a unique interlocking design, any length can be ordered and they are very easy to assemble.

PLEASE NOTE: This rain chain does splash; it will disperse the water coming from the gutter, but it is not effective at carrying the water down to a single point below. It's primarily a decorative option.

Each rain chain comes with a matching v-hook for easy installation, or try our Installation Kit (sold separately) to help direct water onto the rain chain.

Perfect Style and Quality

The Rectangle Links rain chain is beautiful looking, has added a final touch to our recent done backyard, just what I wanted. The delivery was very fast, set up really easy and quality of material is perfect for outdoors. Rain chain customer service has been great as well. Ordering two more for the front of our home. I wish I can add pictures to show this beauty hanging in my yard!

Shipping not great but product 5 stars

Has issues getting rain chains here however it was an issue from fedex not the supplier. Love the rain chains. They are well made and add a charming touch to the entrance of my house.

Perfect

This rain chain is beautiful! Very heavy and nice materials. Set up was very easy and it looks so high end. I have put a ton of efforts into a recent home remodel and this rain chain was the perfect finishing piece. I bought a much cheaper one from Amazon last year and it was completely falling apart after 6 months with the heavy sun that we get in Utah. I have already gotten so many compliments and it feels so solid. I did purchase the stake set as well as the gutter attachment piece and it stays right in place with any wind that we get. This specific one may not be perfect for heavy rain (one with cups may be more ideal), but this looked to be extremely solid for the heat and heavy snow that we get. Exceeded expectations and will be purchasing more!

Expectations Exceeded

We chose the rectangle links based on the design of our house. The aesthetic of the chains feel updated and fresh. The weight is also a surprise as they have managed our windy early spring quite well.

The primary reason I am writing this review is when I ordered, I ordered 2 sets of chains with footage for 3 locations. When I did this, only 2 hooks arrived meaning I could not hang my 3 chain.

I called Ann at Nutshell and asked if I could order another hook.... Not only would she not allow me to pay for the hook, but she also would not take payment for shipment. It was shipped on a Saturday arriving the following week for a completed project.

Thank you for the customer service. A pleasant experience to say the least.
