Setting Up Your Subpod®

Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

• 8 Large handfuls of bedding material (coconut peat, newspaper or cardboard)
• An assembled and installed Subpod
• A watering can or hose
• Your Subpods’ worm blankets
• 2,000 Worms (We suggest preparing your Subpod before your worms arrive)



Step 1:

Shred your preferred bedding and add 4 big handfuls to each side of your Subpod.

Dampen bedding with a watering can or hose. Be sure not to over water the bedding.

Step 2:

Place at least 2,000 worms and everything in their container evenly between the compartments.

Step 3:

Soak your worm blankets and then ring them out so they are barely dripping. cover your worms with the blanket on both sides.
