Our goal is to make shipping a hassle-free experience for Nutshell Stores customers and many of our products include free shipping. Nutshell Stores specializes in unique and specialty items that may occasionally have limited availability. If a product you order is in limited supply our Nutshell Stores Support Team will contact you to discuss options.
We will ship your items in the most cost effective way we can and have partnered with UPS, FedEx and the US Post Office to ensure maximum flexibility. Who we select to deliver each item you order will depend on item size, weight and delivery location. Items often ship directly from manufacturers so if you purchase multiple items they will be delivered separately and this may affect shipping costs. Some items may require special freight delivery services because of their size and weight. Items requiring special freight delivery services will have this noted in their product description. Customers who order products that require special freight delivery services may be contacted by a Nutshell Stores representative to determine specific delivery plans. Customers can choose to “upgrade” shipping by paying additional shipping fees. Delivery Options & Estimated Transit Times Standard Shipping - Items shipped via Standard Shipping will usually arrive 1 to 6 days from the time an order is processed and the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Any item designated for free shipping will be sent via Standard Shipping. Express Shipping - Items shipped via Express Shipping will usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days from the time an order is processed. Most Express shipments require additional shipping fees. Express Shipping is available to reduce transit time only and does not affect order processing time.
PO/PPO Boxes Restrictions - Nutshell Stores cannot accept orders for and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. PPO Boxes - Nutshell Stores cannot accept orders for and cannot deliver to PPO Boxes. Notice to residents of Alaska and Hawaii - Orders placed with a delivery address in Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping fees and usually take longer to deliver. International Shipments - We do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back with us in the future.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your happiness is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery - personalized and perishable items cannot be returned unless the error was ours. Nutshell Stores will pay for return shipping if you are returning an item because of a mistake made by us. Returned or exchanged items must be in original, “unused” condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must include all spare parts, accessories and instructions. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call our support center at (1-877-696-8889) to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and shipping instructions.
If you are exchanging a product, the replacement item will be shipped when we receive the original item. When returning an item, please write your RMA# visibly on the packing slip and on the outside of the return package. Also include a copy of your original invoice in the package. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless an item is being returned as the result of an error on our part or because the item has a quality defect or has been damaged during shipping. For your protection, we strongly recommend that returned items be sent pre-paid by the same carrier that delivered the item to you. We DO NOT accept COD. Please be sure to save your receipt and tracking number for proof of return. Nutshell Stores is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process. When you request a refund, your original credit card will be credited when your return has been processed. If you exchange an item, you will see a credit to your credit card for the original order and a charge for the new item plus any associated shipping fees.
Order Errors and Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or was not what you ordered from the store, please contact us via telephone (1-877-696-8889) or e-mail (email@example.com) within 3 days of receipt of your order. Our Nutshell Support Team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
